This is Jean from PechaKucha HQ here in Tokyo, and let me start by
thanking you for your interest in starting a PKN series in Latina, and
also for sending in all those details.

Latina does seem like a great city that could benefit from PKNs -- you
mention it's a young city, and it's really young creatives who tend to
have trouble finding a place to share their ideas and works!

We really would like to welcome you to the PechaKucha Night community!

Please let Yuki (CCed above) know your postal address so we can send
you a complimentary PechaKucha Night book. She will also email you our
standard "handshake" agreement.

We'll set up a city page on the PK global website, and PKN
logo/graphic templates will follow on return of the signed agreement.
The date of the agreement will indicate the start of the 12 months
within which we would like you to hold at least 4 PKN events.

Please note that PechaKucha Night is trademarked. PechaKucha Night is
devised and shared by Klein Dytham architecture, and it should clearly
state so at all times on any printed and digital media including
social networks.

All this done and you are ON!
